I receive emails in which I get notified that a new update/upgrade of your theme is available.
How do I install the updates/upgrades?
Do I have to
- download the whole Zip-File from Envato
- install the Zip-File of the theme to my wordpress
- activate that
Is that the way to go?
And if. Is there an easier way to do that? Like for example to update it within my WordPress page (in the theme section).

What you have explained is manual way of updating theme, you can also auto update the theme as described in the following pages.
