    The contact form is not working despite having tested it using the built-in test email feature successfully. In other words, the configuration is correct and working, but only with your test email field email address. If I fill the form via the website as a customer would, it does not work.

     

    I have read the earlier contact form support solutions and they do not work to fix my problem. What is wrong and how do I fix it?

     

    Also, I need to know what your hours are (in my time zone — New York, NY USA. Eastern Time Zone) because the lag in support response is very difficult to manage. Please advise your support hours and average response time to inquiries.

    Sorry to hear of the problem you are having.

     

    Are you sending contact from email on or from custom domain address or using hosted email solution such as gmail?

     

    Could you please share me your site URL where it’s happening so that I can troubleshoot it?

     

    We try to provide replies to each topics twice daily except on the weekend where it may lack but the number of replies doesn’t mean anything to the problem, the problem should troubleshoot & resolve ASAP in minimum replies and for that we need additional info as shown in the attached screenshot which will see while creating a topic that If you provide initially then will be very helpful.

    using the wp mail option, not the hosted smtp one.

    I tested on your shared site and I got a message sent email as shown in the attached screenshot.

     

    Do you mean the contact form send email but you don’t get it in your inbox?

     

    If yes then please also check SPAM folder and also would you mind if I log in to your site and do some troubleshooting? If this is ok then could you please temporary share me your site log in details privately by adding them in the box having text “Enter your private content here (only you and forum moderators will be able see it)”?

    The support is provided throughout the day by multiple persons working in different time zones.

    The ’email sent’ message always pops up, but the email is never received. I have checked my spam and junk folders and there is never an email from the system in there.

     

    The only time I actually get an email is when the ‘test email’ function is used. I do receive emails from that.

    I logged into your shared site and saw you are using your site custom domain email address therefore you have to use SMTP send method and configure its settings as shown in the attached screenshots.
