Home › Forums › Jevelin Theme › Design not showing – bug?
Hi there,
I think there is a bug on the theme – the images are not showing on the front end, I can’t use slider revolution and the blocks designs are all impacted.
Maybe this is caused by the wordpress upgrade? can you please advise how could I resolve this?
Thank you so much
Hi @Lonartorg,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
You are using older version of theme on your shared site so please update it to the below latest version as described in this page https://support.shufflehound.com/updating-theme/
Please login to access this file
Best regards,

Thank you! What are the improvements on this theme?
If I upload it, would it erase the design that has been achieved with the previous theme?
thanks again
And one more question, the theme file that you have provided says
<h2 class=”theme-name”><span class=”theme-version”>Version: 2.4.9</span></h2>
This is the same one that I have installed, is that as expected? thanks again

You can see all the improvements in the theme changelog file or on the below page.

No, it won’t erase any of your existing content or design.

It is 4.0.3. Please refer the attached screenshot.
I am experiencing the same/similar problem. I’m a novice at WP. I have tried to figure this out, but at a loss.
Slider Revolution was working in the header, and when I came back from the holidays, it had stopped. I was early on this design, so I have tried reinstalling the one click demo import and it still isn’t working and the demo design isn’t right. I’ve cleared my browser cache as well as the hosting site’s cache.
I can get my slider to work on an individual page. I put the shortcode for my slider on the home page and the slider works there. I want it back in the header for all pages.
I’m suspecting an upgrade may have caused it to break.
Here is what is running:
Theme: Jevelin
Theme Version: 3.2.4
WordPress: 5.0.2
PHP: 7.0.33
Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.
I have updated the Theme to V4.0.3, still getting the same results.
@jons To help us keep support thread separates could you please create your own thread for your question instead of replying on others thread as it makes the thread messy and hard to read.
If you want to you can also add reference of this thread in your newly created thread.
We would be more than happy to help you on your new thread.
Hi Jon,
My problem was cause due to the guttemberg editor which comes with the latest wordpress update. I switched it off, reinstalled the classic editor, and everything worked out again!
In case it helps:
The WordPress 5.0 came with Gutenberg editor as a default editor so to retain the content of old pages, you have to switch from Gutenberg editor to old editor using classic editor as described in the below pages.
Will do – New thread started
@jons Thank you
