Hi,
I’m trying to call the Font Awesome icons to appear on a page by using HTML code from the Font Awesome website, but all I get is this square instead.
I’ve been told that the theme is using font awesome but the font file is not added to my site. So I added it using this guide:
https://www.sitepoint.com/using-font-awesome-with-wordpress/
But it didn’t work and I still get a square instead of an icon, as seen in the pics below or in this test page:
https://cake-lab.org/test25/
Do you have any idea why?

Solution for this topic
Hi @Cakelab,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
It is not working because you are using a wrong class “fas fa-flask” on your site and instead you should use a class “fa fa-flask”.
Best regards,
Shufflehound team
Oh cool, it works now, thanks!
You are always welcome here 🙂
