How do I make the Revolution slider fit full screen underneath the header menu?

You can display the slider in the header as described in the below page.

That option does not exist for us in our All Pages Tab.

Solution for this topic
I figured it out. You have to use Yellow Pencil Editor to manually fix the margin/paddings.
