Looks like there is no items in your cart.

i would like to change the above sentence to read “Looks like there are no items in your cart.”

Please advise how to make the change.

Actually the best way was to edit the line of text in cart-empty.php
it can be found here:
/wp-content/themes/jevelin/woocommerce/cart
