Hello,

I have tried to use install the Startup Demo using the Import Demo – One Click Demo Import function but it comes up with an error “[ERROR] Failed to import “One Click Demo Import – log_file_2018-08-14__08-25-17 ” (Media) 1 ” (Media)” every time.

All the plugins are installed and up to date. I also completely wiped my wordpress in the event that an existing plugin, image or widget was to blame however the error still comes up.

When I check the import a lot of the functions from the Startup Demo do not show. In particular the top image and button do not show.

Any ideas on what I can do to fix the error? A little disappointing that its not importing correctly.
