    Hi there,

    I just purchase Jevelin 4.8.4 and managed to install plug ins and import demo. I just can’t install the template I want, though it’s available in my subdomain as:

    https://shop.artbeatfeats.com/masonry-side-header/

    I followed the instructions to create a new page, click the WPBakery Page Builder, then hit the Frontend Editor. When I hit that, I get the WPBakery icon appear once, then disappear and get a blank white page. How do I fix this? I’m using the Chrome browser.

    I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.

     

    The shared page is created using the Unyson page builder and not the WPBakery page builder so you can only edit it using the Unyson page builder.
