    My footer image was set to an image of a pineapple by default on Jevelin’s Digital Media Agency theme. Any edits or changes I make, don’t seem to make any changes to the actual site.

    I tried:

    • Appearance->Theme Settings->Customize->Footer>Edit (Footer Logo)->Save Changes

    Even when I clear my cache or do a hard browser refresh, the image of a pineapple as a logo in the footer does not change. Yet, when I go back into the menu, the footer logo shows that I’ve set the correct one.

    Please help me fix my footer image.

    Additionally, when I go to:

    • Appearance->Customize

    And change something from this menu, it does not seem to carry over those changes to the customize menu found here:

    • Appearance->Theme Settings->Customize

    Solution for this topic

    I see now — When WPBakery is activated, you have to go through WPBakery footer templates to change the footer, not through theme appearance.

    That is, instead of:

    • Appearance->Theme Settings->Customize->Footer>Edit (Footer Logo)

    You do:

    • Footer-> then edit the footer template

    Awesome great to see you saw it.

    Please advise if you have more questions.

    Have a fantastic day!
