I have created a standard portfolio, on click for the detailed page, i want to load custom page.

You can achieve this by using a single image and text block elements instead of using team element.

I am not sure how to do it, and I want to achieve it through portfolio options only.
Then to achieve this, you have to develop custom code in the child theme of the Jevelin theme.
