hello sir, i was just installed the theme and begin installing the plugins but one of the plugin “yellow pencil pro” shows an error saying plugin installed failed with the message “Plugin not activated. A higher version of Yellow Pencil Pro is needed for this theme. Please update the plugin.”
i cant update it nor install it. i need this plugin in my website for enhancing the designing of front page so please help me install this plugin properly asap.

I have tested it on my test site and it’s working fine for me using the latest version of the Jevelin theme as displayed in the attached screenshot.
Could you please make sure that you have deleted the existing Yellow Pencil installation?

it is still showing the same error and there is no option on delete existing installation.i have checked and yellow plugin is not shown anywhere in plugin section but on installing it is asking for updated version.
can you guide me on how to rectify this issue.
It is your website-specific issue so would you mind if I log in to your site and do quick troubleshooting? If this is ok then could you please temporarily create an admin user account and share the account login details privately by adding them in the box having text “Enter your private content here (only you and forum moderators will be able to see it)”?

I logged into your website and saw you are using the outdated version of PHP on your website as shown in the attached screenshot so please contact your web host to upgrade it.
Also, please contact your web host and remove the waspthemes-yellow-pencil folder displayed on the below path.
