Hi @bhs1234567890,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
Please edit the header and disable the sticky header option as shown in the attached screenshot.
Also, please remove the custom CSS code If you are using any on your website.
Best regards,
Shufflehound team
Have you removed the custom CSS code?
Would you mind if I log in to your site and do quick troubleshooting? If this is ok then could you please temporarily create an admin user account and share the account login details privately by adding them in the box having text “Enter your private content here (only you and forum moderators will be able to see it)”?
hi what email address shall i use?
Hi, still waiting for a reply. the site is due to go live today.
You can use [email protected] or any of your email addresses.
Hi I just created a user for you. thanks
Could you please share the user login details by adding them in the box having the text “Enter your private content here (only you and forum moderators will be able to see it)”?
just done it
here you go
Thank you for sharing the site credentials but the website URL that you have shared now and the same shared in your initial reply are different.
Please advise.
Yes they are because I built it on a different domain and then changed in the domain to the what you see before you. Same site, different domain.
I logged into your website and resolved it by editing the blog page and configuring its header setting as shown in the attached screenshot.
okay thanks
You have removed the footer and added double on the homepage…
No, I didn’t do anything.
Could you please check whether it got changed somehow in the theme settings?
Also, please make sure that you are using the latest version of the theme.
I am rebuilding the website and in trying to do so I have two scroll bars on the homepage???
