    Hi,

    I installed WPML and I can’t translate some parts of the Single Product blocks.

    For instance all the “vcj_heading_simple” shortcodes are not detected and I can’t translate them.

    Any idea how I can achieve this?

    Here is my custom XML config for WPML:

    <shortcodes>
    <shortcode>
    <tag>vcj_heading_simple</tag>
    <attributes>
    <attribute>content2</attribute>
    </attributes>
    </shortcode>
    </shortcodes>

    Could you please contact the WPML support to know how to translate them or why they are not getting translated?

     

    Also, please make sure that you are using the latest version of the theme and plugins.
