Hello,
I am loving the theme, but at the moment it is causing some major issues with how some theme styling is interfering with Gravity Forms. When I use a standard word press theme, I don’t see these issues. My first issue is with how the calendar for booking appointments is being chopped off. When I go to a default theme or previewing the form in Gravity Forms, it displays perfectly. However, with your theme, the fields look weird and the calendar is just chopped off rendering it not usable.
My other main issue is what your styling is doing to my drop down fields. I am used to a form drop down fields having an arrow on the right edge to show it’s clearly a drop down field. Your styling is confusing my client because it is almost impossible to know you need to tap into that grey box. I would prefer the standard drop down behavior happen there and not whatever this take is on a drop down menu.
Other than those two things, I am LOVING the theme right now. We just want to fix these theme css conflicts or whatever is going on with the theme here, and we will be rocking this theme for the public. Just a note: the site is currently in maintenance mode but in the private info field I will paste the bypass url so you can enter the site.. once there the form that’s displaying the major calendar issue is located at /booking
THANK YOU!
Hi @potez,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
You can try resolving it by adding the following CSS code in the Custom CSS code option of your theme on the below path.
Admin Area -> Jevelin -> Theme Settings -> Custom CSS/JS -> CSS Code
body .gform_wrapper table th, body .gform_wrapper table td { padding: 6% 0 !important; }
Best regards,
Shufflehound team
Hi, thank you so much!! You all are amazing!!
One more question. I am noticing the sticky header is covering up some of the content on any page (other than the home page). So, any post or page, like a contact form or a blog post, the grey title section is covered up or any content that’s supposed to be at the top. I attached two images to show this – one from a post and one from a contact page where there is supposed to be a grey titlebar section. It looks like absolutely every page/post is impacted (again other than the front page). My best guess it is something with the sticky header. Can you please help me address this? I am showing it to a client tomorrow and they would be on their phone, so I didn’t want them to notice as we go through the pages.
I am loving this theme and thank you so much!!
I could confirm the sticky mobile header issue on my test site, therefore, I notified the theme developer about this so that it will be fixed.
The issue will be fixed ASAP.
In the meanwhile, you can disable the sticky header on mobile from the theme header settings as shown in the attached screenshot.
Any update on this from last week? Keeping the sticky header off is not a sustainable option and we assume this should be a pretty simple fix.
FYI-just updated the theme because I saw in the changelog the sticky header was addressed. But after clearing cache and updating, I notice no difference and the top is still cut off.
Solution for this topic
hi team, sorry for yet another message, but I don’t think I can edit my previous one. It looks like the change is working, so please disregard my previous message. I had some weird caching going on through the host. Thank you for pushing the fix through!
Love the theme and your support!
Glad, it is working for you.
Have a fantastic day!
