    I ‘m trying to display a row with a background iage with a paralax effect. It works fine on a desktop but in mobile mode it displays as a fixed image (it .

    It seems happening because of the Ultimate VC Addons plugin that you are using on your website.

     

    Could you please try temporarily disabling the plugin?
