On the blog posts, there is the author info box in the bottom.
(But only if there is some autor bio information – right?)
Can I use the author info box somehow on the widgets?
Or on the pages?

To achieve this, you have to develop custom code in the child theme of Jevelin theme.

How can I remove the author info box from the (standard) posts template?

You can remove it from the theme Blog settings as shown in the attached screenshots.
