Morning there,
A new WP install on a brand new domain and cannot upload the .zip file. Getting this message
Are you sure you want to do this?
Hosting support have changed the php.ini to accommodate larger uploads but this has made no difference.
Any thoughts please?

hi Guys…now it would appear that the php version has been changed to 4.5 and I can now upload as normal.
I have now hit another problem with.
Oops, Unyson Backup requires PHP Zip module but it is not enabled on your server. If you are not familiar with PHP Zip module, please contact your hosting provider.
Obviously either my host server is poor or this process is a lot harder than it should be.
Solution for this topic
It seems your host server is poor because the PHP version also is very old. The latest WordPress requires PHP version 7 or greater as described on the following page and it has nothing to do with theme or plugin.
https://wordpress.org/about/requirements/
Please ask your web host to update it and install PHP zip module.
Hey guys…thanks for the reply. They actually operate on 7. Support had to reset it to 4.5 as this seemed to be the only way we could get the theme to upload.
However I do thank you for for quick responses and it now seems that we are up and running.
You are most welcome here 🙂
