    I get the following error:

     

    An error occurred while fetching file from:Ā https://api.shufflehound.com/jevelin/ocdi_files/portfolio/portfolio_content.xml!
    Reason: 503 – Service Unavailable.

    Hi, I have the exact same problem!
    I tried everything I found online…
    I tried deactivating all the plugins, renaming the plugin folder via FTP to create a new one and reactivate them.

    I disabled all my extensions in Safari, etc. etc.

    I cannot figure out why I get this error message…

    I paid for this theme and I also paid for the WPBakery extension and the Yellow Pencil extension as well…

    For now, nothing is working, needless to say, this is highly frustrating!

    Sorry for the inconvenience caused.

     

    It was a server related issue that we resolved.

     

    Could you please try it now?
