Hi Support,
I wanted to ask if you knew how to change the “via Emida” text on the email notifications we get from our website’s woocommerce and contact forms. I already changed the email addresses in all the WordPress and Woocommerce settings but it is still showing on all our emails. Please see the highlighted area in the screenshot attached for reference.

Shufflehound teamHi Support thank you for your reply. I had previously changed the “from” email addresses in the wordpress and woocommerce settings.
The problem we are seeing is that even though the “from” email addresses say [email protected], next to it says “via Emida” (as shown highlighted in the screenshot). We would like it to say something else like “via Empower”.
Where can we change that? We use GoDaddy for our hosting, is that something that needs to be adjusted there?

Yes, you need to contact your web host o change it.
