The “Check Out What’s New” section of my site is not working properly. When I initially added products it didn’t filter and showed a limited amount of “All” which is fine but, now a few categories show when clicked on but most do not (see attached). I added a few new products and they don’t show as what’s new either. I’ve deactivated and activated plugins one by one but nothing changed. Has anyone else had this issue or know how to fix it?

Sorry to hear of the problem you are having.
Please make sure you are using below latest version of theme.
If the issue still persists then Would you mind if i log in to your site and do some troubleshooting? If this is ok then could you please share me your site log in details privately by adding them in the box having text “Click here to share private content. Only you and forum moderators will be able see it.”?
Also please tell me which categories don’t work on your site.

I could confirm the issue on my test site which only occurs when we have large number of customers therefore notified the theme developer about this so that it will be fixed.
The issue will be fixed ASAP.
