I know that woocommerce can be customized (form fields) with this plugin, Checkout Field Editor, but to download it I need a woocommerce account, it is possible with a jevelin license?

I am not sure what you meant by woocommerce account as woocommerce is free and open source plugin so could you please describe it a bit more in detail?
