    The main body font is Montserrat regular Font

    How can I change this to ‘Montserrat light’ so that it matches the thickness of the headings titles? At the moment the body text looks a little thick.

    You can change it from the theme styling settings as shown in the attached screenshots.

    thanks, does alternatives for the font = light font type though?

    You can make it light by changing the font style as shown in the attached screenshot.
