Hello, I have seen another user has also problems getting emails, but I have opened a new topic because my contact form works when I use a corporate email ([email protected]) but when I use gmail it says “couldn’t send the email”, and it doesn’t arrive.

Sorry to hear of the problem you are having.
Please make sure you have configured its SMTP or WP email settings correctly.
Does it send email correct by using the following plugin?

Would you mind if i log in to your site and do some troubleshooting? If this is ok then could you please share me your site log in details privately by adding them in the box having text “Click here to share private content. Only you and forum moderators will bee able see it.”?

As said above just install the following plugin and check whether it sends test email correctly.

Also in the contact form element please configure the Mailer settings as shown in the attached screenshot.
