    what are the pages that I have to edit to customize single project posts?

    You can edit single project post as show in the attached screenshot.

    I mean to edit the template pages, example single.php in child theme

    You have to edit the template file jevelin/framework-customizations/extensions/portfolio/views/single.php in your child theme to customise it.
