Home › Forums › Jevelin Theme › error in nav-menu-template when assigning a menu
when I try to assign a menu to the website it gives an error:
<b>Warning</b>: sprintf(): Too few arguments in <b>/web/htdocs/www.studifemministi.it/home/wp-includes/nav-menu-template.php</b> on line <b>277</b>
I already searched for similar problems and try to deactivate all plugins, but with no results, there is something you know that I can do to solve this issue?
Hi @supermegalino,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
Please make sure that you are using the latest versions of WordPress and PHP.
Do you have WP_DEBUG set to true in your wp-config.php file?
If you do then please set it to false.
This will hide the warning messages and you will be able to use your site normally.
Best regards,
Shufflehound team
I am using WP 5.6 and php 7.4
wp_debug is set to false
but the error is still here
the problem is that my heder menu does not show anyway
Would you mind if I log in to your site and do quick troubleshooting? If this is ok then could you please temporarily create an admin user account and share the account login details privately by adding them in the box having text “Enter your private content here (only you and forum moderators will be able to see it)”?
yes, sure
just consider that now I am using a custom header to temporarily use a menu
Solution for this topic
I logged into your website and set the menu as shown in the attached screenshot.
Could you please check it now?
really thanks, now everything is fine, I really apreciate your help
You are most welcome here 🙂
