Hi,
How can I change the header top bar text to say what I want? For example change ‘working hours’ to just ‘hours’ or ‘location’ to ‘head office’.

You can change it by translating the theme as described here https://support.shufflehound.com/theme-translation/ or using any of the following plugins to change it.
