How can you display a paralax hero image with blog posts across it as is in this demo:

Also how can you set blog posts to display side to side alternating as shown here also?
To clarify better..
1. How do you display blog posts over the paralax header image as seen in https://jevelin.shufflehound.com/blog1/from-side-to-side/?
2. How do you set the blog posts further down the page being displayed on the homepage to be “side-to-side” as seen in the same demo?

Is it the “News Gallery” Template?
The problem is that I would like to recreate it, but it seems like Rev Slider costs another $25 to be able to use their templates.
Is there a way to create the header blog posts from https://jevelin.shufflehound.com/blog1/from-side-to-side/ without signing up for Rev Slider (Paid)?
Yes, the header slider is created using Slider Revolution plugin and the plugin is bundled with the theme that you can get it from your site admin area Appearance -> Install Plugins after activating the Jevelin theme.
Ok thanks, am I right in thinking you have to pay an additional amount ($25) to use the templates, or is that bundled as well?
No, the templates are not bundled so you have to purchase them but all basic slider revolution functionality is bundled as displayed on the demo site.
