I installed the theme inside my wordpress site, however it does not update automatically, could someone help me to identify why it could be, also when I want to call any of the demo pages I get a 503 error.
I have the 4.7 version

This is a premium theme therefore it does not update automatically.
You can download the below latest theme version and update it on your website as described here https://support.shufflehound.com/blog/2018/01/24/updating-theme/

I try to do with Easy Theme and Plugin Upgrades but never update my theme, i really apreciate you send me the 5 version

This can be a temporary server error so could you please try importing again?
Which demo content are you trying to import?

I try to import Creative Agency, but was beaceus i haven´t upload wp bakery in their last version, thanks for your help

Another doubt if I import another demo the info I already imported is deleted or I would have two imported themes in my pages section.
