Home › Forums › Jevelin Theme › I don't see any unyson extensions to activate
Hello,
I’m on WP 4.7.5 and installed the Jevelin theme. For this theme Unyson Plugin is required. I installed this as well (downloaded the installation package and uploaded with ftp). After activation of the Plugin, I can see Unyson in the left menu. But the areas for “activated extensions” and “available extensions” are empty.
Any idea what is wrong with it?
Maybe something happened because I first had WP 4.8.1. and Visual Composer installed as a plugin (because we are used to it). Then I downgraded WP to 4.7.5 and deleted Visual Composer. But still I can’t see the UNYSON extensions to activiate.
Thank you,
Patrick
Solution for this topic
Hi Patrick,
Sorry to hear of the problem you are having.
To resolve the issue could you please try temporary activating any default WordPress theme like Twenty Seventeen and check whether the Unsyon extensions display?
If it displays then please activate required extensions and then reactivate the Jevelin theme.
Best regards,
Shufflehound team
Thank you. I tried your proposal but still I couldnt see any extensions to activate.
Now I gave it a second try – and it works!
Thank you.
You are most welcome here 🙂
