I have portfolio projects with images and I wrote captions in media library as you can see in attached files:
with default layout the caption is shown wrong, in gallery layout is not shown at all.
there is a way to have correct captions in gallery layout?

It is not wrong, actually it displays text from Title field of image as shown in the attached screenshot.
in gallery layout is not shown at all.
there is a way to have correct captions in gallery layout?
Currently the theme doesn’t support it but we will add this feature in the future version of theme.

It is displayed by Unyson plugin. You can hide it by adding the following CSS code in the Custom CSS code option of your theme on the below path.
Admin Area -> Appearance -> Theme Settings -> Custom Code -> CSS Code

Yes the theme version 2.4.8 include support for gallery captions which you can download from below.
have I to use this beta or the files I downloaded from themeforest?
I can’t see captions of images
You can use any of them but the theme version should be 2.4.8 and make sure you have set captions of images.
I updated the theme and the captions are set, but I can’t see
Please try adding the text in the Alt text field as shown in the attached screenshot.
I tryed to use alt text, but with no result
I have tested it on my test site and it’s working fine for me using latest version of Jevelin theme.
Could you please share me the page URL from your site where it is not displaying so that i can troubleshoot it?
