    According to the instructions, I select a template to import, I get a message that everything is fine but the template is not being imported. there is no DEMO of data, posts, posts, pages .. tried with a different template and nothing is there either.

    I get a message:

    “That’s it, all done!
    The demo import has finished. Please check your page and make sure that everything has imported correctly. If it did, you can deactivate the One Click Demo Import plugin, because it has done its job.”

    Hi @florianvigues,

     

    Sorry to hear about the problem you are having.

     

    Would you mind if I log in to your site and do quick troubleshooting? If this is ok then could you please temporarily create an admin user account and share the account login details privately by adding them in the box having text “Enter your private content here (only you and forum moderators will be able to see it)”?
