I bought the Jevelin theme and I am using Revolution Slider also, but I have a problem, of compatibility maybe ?
The sliders function on the desktop on Chrome, they don’t show up (any of them : I have 4) from the mobile device (iphone) and with ie

Maybe the problem is with Apple, because the sliders don’t show up on my iphone neither on my Macbook ? What do you think? did you observe incomptibilities between Jevelin and Apple devices / OS ?

It seems the issue is with the video format that you are using in the slider.
Which video format are you using in the slider?

Could you please try clearing and temporarily deactivating the autoptimize cache that you are using on your website?

I confirm I guess it is a problem with the “caches”. I have tried, as you asked :
- clearing and temporarily deactivating the autoptimize cache : it doesn’t change anything
- I also tried to add : Autoclear Autoptimize Cache : it doesn’t change anything more
In the sliders : I am using youtube videos

I noticed that some rows doesn’t appear either on Mac and iphone?
If you have any new lead for a solution… I’ll take it !

Do you mean it works fine for you If you deactivate the autoptimize cache on your website?
No it doesn’t
And there are also other rows that don’t appear on Mac or iphone
You are using an older version of the theme on your website so please update it to the below latest version as described here https://support.shufflehound.com/updating-theme/
I am sorry I can’t find the plugin you’re talking about ? (see file attached)
Maybe if you could give me its name, I’ll install it, and it would be the best option for the future, as updates could be performed automatically

That plugin doesn’t appear there in the theme recommended plugin list but you have to install it from the below page.

We did all the upgrades we could, including your theme I guess beceause no update of it appear
But there is a probleme with the update of Revolution slider (see included files : the upgrade seems to function, but it doesn’t stay, and it finally breaks the website !)
And the sliders doesn’t show up correctly on the web site, neither many texts…
I am lost, what can I do ? Can you please help me ?

If this is ok then could you please temporarily create an admin user account and share me the account login details privately by adding them in the box having text “Enter your private content here (only you and forum moderators will be able to see it)”?
