    FAILED</h3>
    I purchased a download of the Javelin WordPress theme (not my first download, purchase or install) and it failed install. I re-downloaded a few times and tried again and it’s still failing. I’ve cleared my cache and cookies just in case I was told for some crazy reason to do that. I attached a screenshot. It says it’s missing the CSS file.

    This is frustrating cause I just paid for it and it won’t install.

    Thank you for your question.

     

    It seems you are trying to install the zip file downloaded from themeforest that also contains theme documentation.

     

    You have to extract that zip file and install Jevelin and its child theme as displayed in the attached screenshot.
