I tried changing the jevelin logo to my own, but it’s not changing (tried everything on other tickets). So whatever i try to do, it doensn’t respond and work on my website. Same for putting a link of facebook on my site, when saving and previewing. It doesn’t do anything.
I also can’t use wpbakery on headers, but on pages it works. So i can’t do this: https://support.shufflehound.com/forums/topic/cannot-change-the-logo/
Another question: when you buy jevelin theme, do you get wpbakery page builder for free? I can see it on my wordpress but i also see the following: “Hola! Would you like to receive automatic updates and unlock premium support? Please activate your copy of WPBakery Page Builder.”

I visited your shard website and saw you are using the custom header created using the header builder so please follow the instructions shared in the above topic to change it.

The WpBakery page builder comes free bundled with the theme so you don’t need to purchase it and activate the copy so just ignore the message.

From your third shared screenshot, it seems you are using Yellow Pencil editor but instead you should use the WPBakery page builder.
To use the WPBakery page builder, first activate it from the below path.
Admin Area -> Appearance -> Install Plugins

The plugins are already installed and activated as shown in your last screenshot therefore they don’t display on the path Admin Area -> Appearance -> Install Plugins

As you can see it is installed, so why cant i change logo as you explained in the fist message. I’m not seeing that screen, only yellow pencil editor.
I am not sure why you don’t see that screen.
Would you mind if I log in to your site and do quick troubleshooting? If this is ok then could you please temporarily create an admin user account and share me the account login details privately by adding them in the box having text “Enter your private content here (only you and forum moderators will be able to see it)”?

I can log into your website but can not access the admin area of your website https://sellself.be/wp-admin as it is getting redirected to the website home page.
I need to access your website admin area to troubleshoot the issues so please grant admin access to the shared user account and make sure you can access the admin area of the website using the shared user account.
Just changed your role to administrator. I guess this is the way to do it. If not, let me know how.

I logged into your website and saw it was not working because the WPbakery page builder was not enabled for the header and footer post types as shown in the attached screenshot.
I have enabled it and now it works fine.
Could you please confirm it?
How did you turn it on? Who turned it off?
