Hi, as my site is hosting on GoDaddy and other email smtp providers aren’t allowed by Godaddy. I have to use a relay server provided by Godaddy. However this Relay Server doesn’t need authentication. It’s a conflict to Contact Form mailer setting, which requires you to enter username and password for SMTP. If i leave empty it will give me a warning saying ‘Username cannot be empty’ and the mail delivery is failed either.

    Hi @dxnet2008,

I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.

Then instead please try using the following plugin to display a contact form on your site.
