Looking to install this to replace another theme, how do I go about this without losing all the content?Thanks

Just install and activate this Jevelin theme without importing Jevelin theme demo content so that your old content will be preserved.
Just for safety do backup your site using any of the following plugin solutions so that if anything goes wrong then you can recover it.
