Hi Guys
Turning on the section parallax elements on my page causes the footer to jerk and stutter.
have turned off plugins and taken out all custom css to test – there is no difference .
There is no jittering once Page parallax elements are turned off – footer parallax then works as normal
cant get a video small enough to post – so will leave website open so you can check it out

just to add tested with all widgets in and out of footer — still the same issue – disappears when parallax turned off in page content blocks looks as if the bottom of the footer is lifting a few pixels on scroll down??

Sorry guys please scrap the above found out the issue is caused by the site being in wp dev mode.
All fine when in the wild – so please mark this as resolved:-)
