Hello, looks like the Jevelin theme is preventing @2x calls in the main header and title bar headers… is there something in the style.css preventing this?
Thanks

Hi @wingman,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
No the theme doesn’t prevent it.
Why do you think the theme prevents it?
Best regards,
Shufflehound team
Hello,
Because its not working for both the title bar & header background images. I have @2x of the full sized images in the root folder. Can you help? Thanks.
Could you please share me the page URL from your site where it is not displaying correctly so that i can troubleshoot it?
Also tell me how you are using full sized images saved in the root folder.
Are you using any plugin to achieve it?
Hello, homepage header & title bar page headers. Each image has the counterpart @2x in the wordpress uploads folder…the retina @2x plugin is installed, but that only creates smaller copies of the image @2x when called upon to generate… I’ve created my own @2x @ double the pixel dimensions of the original & uploaded into the root…

Thanks!
Are you talking about the header logo image of below header image?

doesnt seem to respond in the same way…
Thanks
Could you please try using following plugin?
Hello, yes that plugin is already installed. For some reason this theme will not recognize the @2x call for full-size images across the site. I have installed other themes that have worked fine with the above plugin, but this Jevelin theme does not. Is there something in your theme preventing this?
Thanks!
We didn’t do anything in the theme to prevent it but you can contact the plugin developer regarding the issue so that if he pinpoints anything in the theme then we can resolve it.
