    Hi

    My Slider Revolution did not work after WP recent update on this page: http://clasicoburger.se/

    I have purchased the Javelin package.

    I followed some instructions where I was supposed to delete and install the Slider Plugin. I deleted the plugin and couldn’t reinstall it. I got the message:

    The folder exists already: /www/webvol25/lf/zdpxb7x81andu0o/clasicoburger.se/public_html/wp-content/plugins/revslider/

    Installation of the plugin failed

    Plugin not activated. A higher version of Slider Revolution is needed for this theme. Please update the plugin.

    I installed Jevelin_4.7.1.5 also.

    I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.

     

    It seems from your shared error message that the Slider Revolution plugin folder already exists on your website causing the issue so please delete it from the below path on your website server.

     

    /www/webvol25/lf/zdpxb7x81andu0o/clasicoburger.se/public_html/wp-content/plugins/revslider/

    Thanks for the quick response.
    That worked.
    Now when the slider is installed it still doesn’t display the content. See http://clasicoburger.se/
    I have installed 6.2.19 version of the Revolution Slider but cant upgrade or activate to the new 6.2.22. I need a purchase code, the one that comes with the theme Jevelin doesn’t work when I input it in the field to register the code.
    What do I do now?

    I can see the slider is displaying fine on your website as shown in the attached screenshot.

     

    Please advise.

    If you have not purchased this plugin and using the plugin bundled with the theme then you are not direct customer of that plugin so can not update that plugin until it is updated in the theme.
