Is it possible to install the latest version of Jevelin and not install WP Bakery?
If not, is it automatically activated during installation?

Yes, you can use both page builders on the same website but use only one for each page.
Is it possible to install the latest version of Jevelin and not install WP Bakery?
Yes, it’s possible.
If not, is it automatically activated during installation?
No, it is not automatically activated during installation and you have to activate it.
