    Hi.

    I added a video layer on a slider revolution on my site:

    http://www.treadtraining.com/

    And sound is muted.

    I go to video layer settings and select Mute = Off and volume = 99

    But still not listening sound.

    Hi @ahernanh,

    I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.

    I can hear the sound on firefox browser but not on chrome so maybe the chrome browser doesn’t allow the vimeo video auto play sound therefore to resolve this please contact the vimeo support.

    Best regards,
    Shufflehound team

    Hi.

    I got the following answer from vimeo:

    <table role=”presentation” border=”0″ width=”100%” cellspacing=”0″ cellpadding=”0″>
    <tbody>
    <tr>
    <td width=”100%”>
    <table role=”presentation” border=”0″ width=”100%” cellspacing=”0″ cellpadding=”0″>
    <tbody>

    <div class=”zd-comment” dir=”auto”>Hi Abraham,

    We apologize for the inconvenience. We’ve recently added a new mute embed parameter (muted=0) to our player, which has unfortunately broken any videos that were previously using another workaround to allow sound.

    If you would like to un-mute your background videos, please update your embed code to include the muted=0embed parameter. For example:

    <iframe src="https://player.vimeo.com/video/76979871<b>?background=1?muted=0</b>" width="500" height="281" frameborder="0" webkitallowfullscreen mozallowfullscreen allowfullscreen></iframe>

    Since you are using a plug-in to contain your video, you may need to reach out to the creator of that plug-in for further assistance.</div></td>
    </tr>
    </tbody>
    </table>
    </td>
    </tr>
    </tbody>
    </table>

    I guess you can make a general fix for the template.  If by any chance you do it. Can you let me know?

    Thanks a lot

    Abraham

    It is displayed by the slider revolution plugin so we can’t change it in the theme but we’ll notify the plugin developer about it so that they will fix it.

    Just make sure that you are using latest version of the slider revolution plugin.
