    We are trying to use the Woo Recent Products element on the home page but the Columns option doesn’t change how many columns appear on the page and all the products disappear when the Carousel option is enabled.

    Sorry to hear of the problem you are having.

     

    I could confirm the issue on my test site therefore notified the theme developer about this so that it will be fixed.

     

    The issue will be fixed ASAP.

    Do you have any idea on when this will be fixed? We are trying to launch June 1 and need it fixed by then.

    Don’t have any ETA yet but we will try to do it soon.

     

    In the meanwhile we can change columns on your site by developing custom CSS code so please tell us how many columns do you want to display?

    Our biggest concern is getting the carousel functioning.
