    Here is another JS error I am receiving from a fresh install:

    Actually this was an error from another plugin. I deactivated it and it is better. I am still seeing the quantity selector as you see it in the screenshot but the JS error is gone.

    Solution for this topic

    Delete this post. I found another plugin causing issues. Your setup works fine out of box. False alarm. My apologies.
