For the site https://thebeautyhivesalon.com/ i have noticed that i cannot update the WP Bakery plugin that comes with the theme. When i try to update i get the message ‘Invalid license key’.
Please can you check? I am unable to edit anything at the moment.

Please note that you are using the WPbakery page builder plugin bundled with the theme therefore you are not a direct customer of that plugin and cannot update that plugin until you purchase it.

We update the plugin with every new theme version. In this case, you can just delete the old plugin version and reinstall the latest plugin version bundled with the theme from Appearance -> Install Plugins

Thank you. I have installed the updated version from Appearance > Install Plugins but i am unable to select any element from the WP bakery page builder on the page.
Do you know what the problem is now?
Could you please share the screenshot of the issue?
Also, would you mind if I log in to your site and do quick troubleshooting? If this is ok then could you please temporarily create an admin user account and share the account login details privately by adding them in the box having text “Enter your private content here (only you and forum moderators will be able to see it)”?
