Nope.
Tried in two browsers, and without any cache plugin.
Just empty space.
Sorry, maybe I was unclear, but I want the banner in the print screen attached to be visible on the mobile also, on the top.
Now showing the top bar (no need for that), but there`s a large gap on the top, and not showing the banner again.
All Cache plugins deactivated.
Check PS.

Cache cleared, and I notice a new banner space in the top of the mobile view, but won`t show the photo, just empty space.

For example, you have 3 categories of posts displayed on your homepage, and one of the posts are in all 3 categories. So “the option” will hide the post in 2 posts categories, and displayed only in one category tab. So you will not have 3 the same article on the home page, only one.
