Hi, I have the exact same problem!
I tried everything I found online…
I tried deactivating all the plugins, renaming the plugin folder via FTP to create a new one and reactivate them.
I disabled all my extensions in Safari, etc. etc.
I cannot figure out why I get this error message…
I paid for this theme and I also paid for the WPBakery extension and the Yellow Pencil extension as well…
For now, nothing is working, needless to say, this is highly frustrating!
