Hello.
I saw the answer in the other post, I think we can finish this post and just keep the other one.
thanks
Hello Shufflehound Moderator.
Yes, the footer issue has been resolved, now it is no longer overlapping on the pages preventing the user from clicking on the links on the pages, an example of where this happened was on the blog page, I tested it and it is resolved.
But the problem in the customize link remains. I just clicked the link to customize the theme and the error info window pops up. Although apparently not causing any serious problems the error is there. Always showing up. I have attached an image so you can see it better.
Thank you for your help!
Sorry, but I didn’t see the previous reply saying they hadn’t received it.
I will try again now and ask that you please confirm receipt, if you do not receive it I will send it to the email provided.
Thanks
Hello.
Yes, I saw the previous answer and privately sent the access data to the site.
I will send it again and ask that you please confirm receipt.
Hello.
I am awaiting a response regarding this issue. Our website is still having issues.
I’m waiting.
Hello.
Do you have any feedback related to this ticket?
Hello Team Shufflehound
Thanks for the feedback on the issue. I want to point out that I was worried and ended up opening two tickets and in another ticket I already gave the access information to the control panel, but I will send it privately in this ticket.
There are 3 problems that we found on the site, one of which is on the blog page, where the footer is superimposed on the page, but invisibly. As a result, it is not possible to click on the stories and when moving the mouse down the screen, it is possible to identify the footer links.
Another problem I believe is with page templates and the Bakery plugin. In the default model, if the page was built with Bakery, the content does not appear. If the page was built with the classic wordpress editor, the content appears, but only part of the content. The character limiter for the summary prevents all content from being displayed.
I create news posts using the “Redux Contained” model. This model allows blog content to appear on the page, but does not display the sidebar, and on the homepage, the summary does not appear.
The third problem we have occurs when we need to make changes. Following the control panel path, customize, an alert window appears with the following message:
undefined : Block type ‘ugb/blog-posts’ is not registered.
I think this is the cause of the problem on the blog regarding the display of content and summary.
Thanks again for your feedback and I look forward to technical support.
Grateful
Hi Shufflehound team
Do you have any idea what could be going on?
hi there
I disabled all the plugins as you guided me, only the plugins that are required by the theme remained active, but the problem persisted.
I’m thinking that this has to do with the fact that the text of the posts doesn’t appear.
Hi.
The link for footer problem is:
https://staleksbrasil.com.br/blog-2/
I noticed that it is only happening in the link to the blog
I would also like to know about the content of the posts. If I make the text inside the bakery plugin, the content doesn’t appear in the post.
in this print you can see that the footer is offset over the page content.
This prevents a click from being made on the link of the post. When removing the footer in the console, the item can be clicked.
This issue is occurring on the blog page only.
I detected other serious problems in the theme. it looks like the footer overlaps the page with an alpha 0.
In this case, when moving the mouse down the page, it is possible to visualize the links distributed by the site. In this way, when clicking on the title of a post, the user will be forwarded to an item in the portfolio.
