Apologies. I forget that’s a cache plugin.
Fixed the pages. how did I miss that??? Sorry. So simple.
As for the author pages, I turned the cache off. I see that yours work fine but I also only see one author for your site, so perhaps that’s not as accurate.

- We have closer to 40 posts.
- I will examine that later.
- I cleared the cache and I still get pages like this http://wearemidlife.com/author/wearemidlife/ I’m attaching a screen shot of what I see. If you click on any of those images nothing happens and it really shouldn’t look like this.
