Hello, I run a couple of tests using Google PageSpeed tool and my site is getting penalized for a couple of things that seem related to the theme itself.
One is render-blocking Java Script related to Google Fonts and ShareThis. None of those items were modified by me. See image 1.The second issue is cache for those two items. It request to set an expiring time for both. See image 2.
I’ve tried with plugins but I haven’t been able to solve these issues. Please see imaged attached.

Could you please try using the following plugin on your site to defer the loading of all JavaScript?

Shufflehound teamthanks! the plugin slightly solves the speed issue but it prevents some sections (ie: slider) to show. So I had to deactivate it.
Any other way of solving this Render blocking Javascript issue?Also, what about my other question re setting an expiring cache time? There was an image attached to my original request.

The Google font has to load from Google website so it will take some time to load but you can use following cache plugin to improve your site speed.

Also, what about my other question re setting an expiring cache time?
The above plugin will help you to set it or you can use below plugin to set it.
