    As you will see here https://mf.rps.ltd/markforged/materials/markforged-kevlar/ its not possible to purchase the product, when you select the variant the add to cart button is still disabled and reads ‘Sorry, this product is unavailable. Please choose a different combination.’ when clicked.

     

    I’ve checked the config and have pricing etc so cannot see why it wont work, not sure if its a theme conflict?

    Hi there,

     

    We are mostly using basic WooCommerce functions and don’t change it’s functionality. Therefore it more looks like WooCommerce related issue.

    Is this issue happening only for products where user needs to choose an option?

    Yes that is correct, only variant products.

    Can you please switch to another WordPress theme and test if this issue still persists?
